- 10 -15 years of experience for the Design of building Mechanical systems for various building types. Inpatient Healthcare design and Higher Education experience is required
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Revit is strongly desired.
- Committed to continuous learning and staying abreast of developments in the field.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated
- Willing to adapt as necessary to support changing business needs.

- Interact with a multi-disciplinary engineering team to review, define, and design to meet customer requirements
