Position Overview : We are seeking a passionate Fullstack Software Engineer with expertise in Node.js and React to join our dynamic development team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our digital transformation, driving the development of cutting-edge applications that will redefine the customer experience.

You will play a critical role in building, deploying, and maintaining scalable software solutions that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop & Maintain : Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js and React.
  • Collaborate : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver seamless digital experiences.
  • Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Problem Solving : Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise, ensuring the reliability and performance of our applications.
  • Continuous Improvement : Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, including code reviews, testing, and automation.
  • Security : Implement security best practices to safeguard customer data and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Innovation : Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, bringing new ideas to the table that can enhance our digital offerings.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : 3+ years of experience in fullstack development with a strong focus on Node.js and React.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and modern front-end frameworks. Familiarity with SQL / noSQL databases, Docker, and cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Collaboration : Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote / hybrid environment.
  • Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Banking Experience : Prior experience in the financial services industry or knowledge of banking systems is highly desirable but not required.
