Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Alliance, Ohio.Work EnvironmentUnion Environment - Heavy Industrial and dirty environment - Hot around the furnaces;

fair temps throughout the rest of the plant - loud around the tube drop off areas - Laid back and not very physicalTakes 800 working hours to get brought in the union - pay dues after 30 daysCan bid on positions once in the union and can eventually get a set shiftWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.

The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and / or humid conditions; fumes or airborne particles; caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions;
