This position is part-time and will work in person approximately 20 hours per week at our Madison office located in the on Rimrock Road.

Position Summary
This LTE Lottery Services Specialist position will work with the Wisconsin Lottery’s Validations & Player Relations Section to provide timely and consistent customer service to Lottery players.
This position will provide quality customer service to Lottery customers via the Player Hotline, live chats, and e-mails.
The position will provide accurate information on Lottery operations, taxation functions, and Lottery games to the general public and retailers.
The position will provide input on design and content of Lottery Player Relations materials, including reviewing procedures and organizing materials.
Salary Information
The pay rate is $21.00 per hour.
LTE positions are limited to 1,039 hours in a 12-month period and do not include employee benefits.
The position will work an estimated 20 hours per week (6 hours per day), with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week during large jackpots or special projects.
This position is in pay schedule and range 07-04.
Job Details
The Department of Revenue will conduct a criminal background check, fingerprint check, and tax compliance check on all finalists.
