SSM Health Monroe Clinic is searching for a talented and experienced Primary Care physician leader to join our organization as Primary Care Clinical Program Medical Director.
This role is 40% administrative and 60% clinical, combining an impactful and highly visible leadership function with a condensed clinical practice schedule.
As the with oversight responsibility for the Monroe market, you will play a key leadership role in Primary Care redesign and realization of system initiatives.
Medical Directors partner with Operation Leaders to monitor, manage, and improve the delivery of primary care services.

- Epic EMR Requirements :
- MD or DO
- MD or DO
- Active Unrestricted WI Medical License (or ability to obtain one)
- BC in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Family Medicine
- 8+ years of experience as a practicing Primary Care physician
- 2+ years of experience as a physician leader
- Active Unrestricted DEA
