Job Details

We are seeking a Boat Mechanic to join our team. As a Boat Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of boats and watercraft.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your expertise to ensure that our clients' boats are always in top condition.

This is a permanent position that offers competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair various types of boats and watercraft, including inboard and outboard engines, electrical systems, and fuel systems.
• Complete routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify any potential issues and provide recommendations for repairs or upgrades.
• Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems and determine the best course of action.
• Install and repair boat components, such as propellers, steering systems, and navigational equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies to ensure the highest level of service.

Qualifications :

• At least 5 years of experience as a boat or automotive mechanic
• Experience with automotive or other mechanical systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
