Job Description
Job Summary :
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect proficient in SAP Controlling (CO) to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP CO module and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP CO solutions that support our business processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement SAP CO solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT strategy.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP CO module, providing insights and recommendations for best practices and process improvements.
- Conduct detailed requirement reviews, process design, and system configuration.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to SAP CO solutions, including functional specifications, process flows, and configuration guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP CO with other modules such as Finance (FI), Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Manage end-to-end testing of SAP CO functionalities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls within the SAP CO module.
- Deliver training to end-users and ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to utilize the SAP CO system effectively.
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP releases, enhancements, and best practices within the CO module.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SAP CO, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with SAP CO module, including at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Excellent understanding of controlling processes such as cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, profitability reviews, and profit center accounting.
- Experience with SAP S / 4HANA is highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytics and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- SAP CO certification is preferred.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours to support project deadlines and resolve critical issues as necessary.
- This role requires working onsite in our Sunnyvale office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base Salary Range Region 1 : $167,700 - $241,300
Base Salary Range Region 2 : $142,500 - $205,100
