Responsibilities

Lead the development and product vision of major data initiatives as defined by IT leadership and enterprise strategy, including scaling of API Middleware platform (Boomi), master data management, data governance initiatives, enterprise data model development.

• Define and Prioritize Requirements :
• Gather input from stakeholders, business users, and technology teams to define and prioritize requirements for the MDM solution.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it accurately reflects business needs and priorities.
• Assess Business Impact and Value

Qualifications

• Experience as product manager for data integration including API middleware platforms and Master Data Management.
• Experience with Boomi a huge plus.
• Experience with MuleSoft good, experience with API integrations a plus.
• Technical enough to understand needs of data organization but not required to have engineering experience

Education :

• Bachelor' degree
• Master's degree preferred with a focus in Computer science, data engineering / architecture / systems, business.

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

For Richmond, VA this ranges from $133,400.00 - $183,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.

For Providence, RI and Glastonbury, CT this ranges from $140,000.00 - $192,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.

For Arlington, VA and Boston, MA this ranges from $156,000.00 - $ 214,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
