Job Description :
Award Winning Hospital located in Beautiful and Desirable Nevada is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for the Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related area. 3+ years of professional level experience with payroll, accounts payable and financial operations in the hospital setting.
Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
MUST HAVE HOSPITAL ACCOUNTING / FINANCE EXPERIENCE.

$80,412.80 - $120,000 Annually.
Requirements for the Hospital Finance Manager :
- At least three (3) years of accounting / finance experience with at least one (1) year specifically in a hospital setting
- Experience coordinating the preparation of and completing the review of annual audit documentation
- Experience in performing account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Experience leading month end close
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience supervising, directing, training and / or coordinating the work of a team of financial and / or accounting staff
Position Summary for the Finance Manager :
Supervises the general accounting, grants, purchasing, and accounts payable areas within the Finance department. Duties include supervising staff, overseeing the integrity of financial data and ensuring the department meets laws, regulations and guidelines governing financial reporting in a health care facility.
