Position Overview
Supporting JPO JT&E, the analyst will provide DOTMLPF-P analysis, capabilities development, and assessing functionality, solution alternatives, cost-benefits, operational benefits, and risk organizational-based assessments.
Coordinates for and participates in analysis and assessment activities to determine future requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- DOTMLPF-P assessments and experiments.
- Knowledge of CJCSI 3170 series documents (JCIDS process).
- Experience with associated JCIDS products including (ICD, DCR, CDD, RDP, CD) and Capabilities Based Assessments (CBA).
- Knowledge of US Air Force acquisition decision processes to include tools and modeling.
- Skillful management of multiple, concurrent efforts.
- Experienced facilitator, briefer, and presenter of analytical results (written or orally) to senior leadership (Army, other Service, and Joint).
- 8+ years of experience writing DOTmLPF-P Change Recommendations (DCR)
- 5+ years of experience with CJCSI 3170 series (JCIDS) processes, methodologies, and products
- 5+ years of experience with CBAs
- 5+ years of documenting analytical efforts, constructing briefings, and presenting results.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
- Clearance : TS / SCI Eligible
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- DAU Level B Requirements Management Certification
- 3+ years of combined experience with Joint or Service Test and Evaluation
- 3+ years participating in analytical / capability development studies
- Experience with Power BI or Power Apps
