THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Platform Engineer with a strong background in backend software development and cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of overall backend software development experience and 2-4 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Kubernetes, along with related technologies such as Terraform, ArgoCD, Datadog, Grafana, Golang, and Python.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design, Build, and Maintain : Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and robust cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Automation and CI / CD : Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines using ArgoCD, ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery of applications.
• Monitoring and Logging : Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Datadog and Grafana to ensure high availability and performance.
• Development : Write high-quality, maintainable code in Golang and Python to automate infrastructure tasks and improve system reliability.
• Collaboration : Work closely with software developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Security : Implement security best practices to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, network issues, and other cloud infrastructure-related problems.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the cloud infrastructure, processes, and procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience :
• 5-7 years of overall backend software development experience.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies, specifically AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, Datadog, Prometheus and Grafana.
• Skills :
• Proficiency in Golang and Python.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and best practices.
• Experience with CI / CD tools and pipelines.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with modern AWS native services.
• Experience with Ethereum and other PoS blockchain protocols

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required.

$180,000 - $250,000 is the annual base salary. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
