In collaboration with nursing & medical staff, the Clinical Teacher-Educator monitors the clinical care of patients and provides clinical support to improve patient care and patient Qualifications Education : Master of Science in Nursing in area of specialization.

Experience : Minimum of five years acute care nursing experience; demonstrated experience in clinical program development, outcomes management, and teaching.

Cardiac Subspecialty required if working in Critical Care Area. Technical Skills : Demonstrate a working knowledge of the current Nevada State Board of Nursing Practice.

License / Certification : Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada. Certification in area of specialization is highly desirable.

Current BLS Certification. Other : Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care / service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit / department.
