SUMMARY : The Carpenter is responsible for maintaining and repairing the existing appearance of the property and fixtures.
They will assist with in-house remodels and may work with outside contractors on larger projects. Must have basic understanding of blueprints.
Assist senior craft technicians with repairs on gaming tables. Work with various woods, sheet rock, carpet, paints and laminates.
Must understand how to work safely around electrical, water and gas feed lines.MINIMUM / PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS : Ability to stand, walk and / or bend for long periods of time and be able to comfortably lift 50 pounds.
Prefer 3 years experience in finish, rough or related carpentry trades.Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines pressures.Extensive knowledge in use of all stationary power equipment and air tools.
