Licensed Counselor (Adult and Adolescent)

High Focus Centers in Farmington is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders.

At High Focus Centers in Farmington we are currently seeking a Family Therapist to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals! As a Family Therapist you would facilitate all clinical services for clients including family groups / sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source / outpatient provider contact.

Salary Range : $60,000-$65,000 / year

Schedule : Full Time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluates behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients and family members
• Facilitates clinical services for clients including family groups / sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source / outpatient provider contact.
• Responsible for maintaining clinical record for clients with appropriate documentation of clinical services and client program engagement in ECR
• Provides documentation and support for utilization review
• Contributes to program specific curriculum development, literature review, and training in accordance with clinical philosophy.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education / Licensure

• Required : LCSW, LMFT or LPC for Connecticut
• Preferred : 1 year experience providing group based mental health treatment to adolescent population (ages 10 to 18).
