Focus :

• Lead the design and development of complex RF systems, ensuring technical requirements are met with precision and efficiency.
• Engage in end-to-end project management, from initial concept through to production, ensuring high standards and timely completion.
• Implement and refine product testing procedures to guarantee optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration, contributing technical expertise to ensure seamless integration of RF systems in various applications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying agile and lean methodologies to enhance engineering processes.
• Play a key role in technical decision-making, offering insights and recommendations to shape product development strategies.

Skill Set

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Master’s degree preferred.
• 10 or more years of experience in RF and electrical hardware design.
• Demonstrated knowledge of RF theory, system design, and signal management.
• Proficient in modern circuit simulators (e.g., ADS, AWR) and high-frequency structure simulators (e.g., HFSS, CST).
• Solid understanding of PCB design software and RF test equipment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to provide clear technical guidance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
