Position Description :
Ryerson has an opportunity for a senior Administrative Support (Part-Time) position to join the Charleston SC team.

The hours are Monday- Friday, flexible hours
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Acccurate data entry and recordkeeping
- Filing (both paper and digital)
- Proficient with office equipment, including computers, multiline phone systems &, and scanners
- Experience creating and updating charts, graphs, presentations, and reports
- Competent with maintaining and manipulating data using database / excel applications
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suites, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word (required)
- Ability to multitask and change priorities throughout the day as dictated by business needs
- SAP Experience is a plus
Position Requirements :
High school diploma or GED required
- MS Office software skills such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word (required)
- Solution-driven, capable of not only identifying problems but assisting with solving them
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Results-orientated team player
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Takes pride in your work
- Has strong attention to detail
