Audubon is currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our team in the Metairie, LA office. The Project Administrator provides a wide variety of administrative support for the Project Team and for the assigned discipline in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Completes work according to standard procedures on assignments from the assigned Project Team.
  • Prepares memos, letters, meeting minutes, reports, forms and other documents.
  • Transcribes documents from dictation or edits and formats documents prepared by other team members to conform to Audubon standard formats.
  • Organizes and maintains project files and project Share Point site.
  • Reports administratively and receives direction from the Managers of Projects and functionally to assigned Project Leader.
  • Develops a familiarity with basic engineering terminology and project control processes such as scope definition, design development, scheduling, estimating, cost reporting, CADD / reprographics, and document control.
  • Uses the following office equipment, such as PC’s, printers, fax machines, copiers, telephone equipment, and various other office machines to complete work.
  • Familiarity with current Audubon Engineering Operations standards and templates.
  • Reserve back-up reception desk coverage, as necessary.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :

  • High School Diploma AND 3+ years of On the Job training.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong team leadership capabilities.
  • Capable of reviewing and approving deliverables for consistency and presentation.
