The current opening is for a Continuous Improvement Specialist. Main duties include :
- Develop and implement improvements to the Company systems, processes, and culture
- Work closely with management to achieve goals aligned with Company business strategy
- Manage and facilitate annual quality planning
- Manage corporate performance metric systems
- Coach and educate Company associates on Continuous Improvement concepts, methods, and tools
- Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement throughout the organization
- Travel to Continuous Improvement training and conferences
Qualifications include :
- B.A. or B.S. degree required
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading Continuous Improvement efforts in an organization
- Strong analytical skills
- Past experience utilizing statistical analysis software
- Excellent communicator, ability to build trust amongst peers, credible, high integrity
- Ability to travel when necessary
