Key ResponsibilitiesSort lock boxes and daily mail by date of service and log deposit amountsPrepare deposits, create deposit tapes, and deliver secured deposits to courierReview outstanding issues, create payment batches, and manage correspondence dailyRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDAt least one (1) year of experience in data entry preferredBasic math skillsProficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel (including pivot tables), and database softwareAbility to understand and comply with state / federal laws and company policies
