Quality Control Manager
We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to join our Romulus, MI team!
As our Quality Control Manager, you will support our production and research and development teams in our Surface Technologies facility, specializing in shot peening.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the quality management system, including being the first point of contact for all Quality concerns.
Location : Romulus, MI (Detroit)

Your Challenge
- Act as the Quality authority and provide leadership to all Quality initiatives.
- Manage the Quality Management System (QMS), including organizing management reviews, and document control.
- Perform internal audits.
- Support the R&D department.
- Responsible for external audits (AS9100, ISO9001).
- Provide corrective action plans, as needed, for all non-conformance of facility processing activities.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Provide supervision of personnel and oversee day-to-day operations related to Quality and process issues.
What You Bring
- Technical expertise ability to learn and understand the coating and laser peening process.
- 2-4 years of experience in Quality Management.
- 4-6 years of management / supervisory / leadership experience.
