Responsible for managing incoming leads and maintaining lead tracker Schedule client consultations with Loan Officer. Analyze applicant credit information for loan pre-approval Review income and asset documents Request and secure referrals from current and potential clients Follow up with prospects following established best practices
Compensation :
$50,000 - $60,000 + bonus
Responsibilities :
- Take incoming leads for the branch
- Schedule Initial Consultations
- Meet branch objectives specific to pre-qualifications and pre-approvals
- Attend branch events to assist Loan Officer in building clientele
- Complete and maintain branch-assigned checklists, prospect follow up, file set-up, analysis’ within allotted branch deadlines
- Request and obtain referrals from current clients and realtor partners
- Runs automated underwriting (DU or LP)
- Issues pre-approvals consistent with DU or LP findings
Qualifications :
- Minimal experience required - willing to train
- Experience in Encompass preferred
- Proficiency in running LP and DU
- Ability to pre-qualifying clients and structuring loan files
- Must exhibit a positive attitude and be a team player
- Strong focus on customer service and dedication to delivering exceptional service
- Motivated, gritty, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Guidelines and various loan program knowledge preferred
