We seek a dynamic Assistant Regional Salon Manager to oversee stylist operations in Texas.

Key Responsibilities :

Administrative Duties :

• Manage stylists schedules, handle time-off requests, and ensure accurate appointment scheduling.
• Oversee the use of the When I Work app in Texas.

Team Management :

• Foster a positive environment and hold regular meetings with stylists.
• Implement KPIs for stylists, set goals, and track progress as directed by Regional Stylist
• Provide ongoing training with Texas Stylists

Training & Development :

• Work with Regional Stylist on development and implementation of training curriculum.
• Conduct training sessions with the Regional Directors approval.

Performance & Client Feedback :

• Meet weekly with the Regional Director and Regional Stylist to discuss performance and strategies.
• Address client feedback with stylists promptly to ensure improvement.

Culture & Promotion :

• Promote and embody salon culture and service standards.
• Lead by example in operations and support the Regional Stylist and Regional Directors objectives.

Performance Goals :

Enhance team KPIs and meet monthly haircut goals.

Behind the Chair :

• Provide high-quality haircuts and styling for children.
• Ensure a fun, engaging, and stress-free experience for young clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years as a licensed cosmetologist with an active Texas license.
• Proven salon management experience, preferably in a high-end or childrens salon setting.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for outstanding customer service.
• Experience and comfort with cutting and styling childrens hair.
• Positive management style, lead from within your team, building your team up to reach their full potential
• Adaptive Management Style; changing approaches to the individual to set each team member up for success
