About Houston

ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups.

The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team

ExxonMobil is looking for an outstanding candidate to be part of ExxonMobil Supply Chain (EMSC) and contribute to the success of a growing Product Solutions (EMPS) business.

The LAO supply coordinator will be responsible for building and executing short and mid-term replenishment plans. As part of ExxonMobil, you can expect to rotate through two to three assignments in the first approximately six years allowing for a variety of experiences to build skills and knowledge.

Demonstrated performance will lead to a career path with increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities within EMSC or other functions / business lines within EMPS, or other divisions across ExxonMobil.

This position will be located at the Houston campus.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate and execute inventory movements across the US Gulf Coast
• Interface with manufacturing, business teams, internal supply chain contacts, suppliers, and / or logistics providers as appropriate to perform job responsibilities
• Interface with manufacturing sites and incorporate capability / constraints into supply planning process
• Maintain master data integrity and manage inventory availability
• Provide coordination support to daily operational issues
• Develop and execute supply chain improvement initiatives to drive value capture / creation

About you

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or relevant technical field from an accredited university
• 0-5 years supply chain experience, petrochemical / chemical / refinery industry preferred

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

• Team player with strong communication, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and ownership of tasks
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces and prioritize work
• Familiarity with SAP applications a plus
