We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our fundraising efforts and building relationships with potential clients and donors.

Key Responsibilities : Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed fundraising targets and objectives.
Collaborate with the event planning team to support various fundraising events, including outreach, setup, and on-site management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, donors, and community partners to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential clients in the fundraising sector. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and event outcomes.
Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and results. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and donors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
Experience : Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Enthusiastic about working in a team environment and contributing to a positive team culture.
