Responsibilities :
- Ability to operate a multi-line phone system to answer calls and retrieve voice messages.
- Must have great customer service skills and a go above and beyond attitude
- Must be well-organized, accurate, and attentive to detail
- Must speak fluent Spanish and English
- Must be able to work at a faster than average pace and able to multi-task.
- Good Communication Skills
- Receive and review residential real estate contracts and documents.
- Requires a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to complete tasks correctly.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of customer and employee information.
- Provide quality customer service to all customers.
- Order Entry / Data Entry
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications :
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required
- 1 or more years of experience in the Title Insurance industry
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Requires a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to complete tasks correctly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to quickly learn software applications
- Experience with title production software Closers Choice and Qualia a plus
- Background check will be conducted. *
Salary based on experience. Compensation consists of Salary plus Bonus / Commission for clients you bring in.
Candidates must master reading and writing and be fluent speaker in both English and Spanish.
