Securities Services Operations Associate Sr. (Hybrid)

The Securities Services Operations Associate Senior is a part of the Corporate Trust Bond Operations team which provides operational support to UMB's fast growing Corporate Trust department.

Within the Trust Operations environment, this team interacts with various UMB clients and internal partners to evaluate and process requests for the onboarding of new business, process payment transactions and other duties as assigned.

With our robust training to provide extensive UMB and financial knowledge, the Corporate Trust Bond Operations team provides a high level of service to our internal & external partners.

These Securities Services Operations Associate Seniors each have a specific and impactful function for our clients and UMB to ensure accurate processing requests.

The Trust Operations team members are subject matter experts that assist our business partners by delivering a high level of performance in a fast paced environment

The Securities Services Operations Associate Senior is responsible for setting up new bond issues in the shareholder system.

They will monitor for incoming requests and maintain a high level of speed and accuracy while supporting a large number of internal and external clients.

This role will assist with peer review and learn multiple functions within the team. You can expect a fast-paced environment with unpredictable scenarios while maintaining flexibility and adaptability to client needs.

How you’ll spend your time :

• You will use problem solving skills to determine what action needs to be taken to ensure timely and accurate setup of new bond issues in the shareholder system
• You will need strong communication skills to make a positive client experience.
• You will to have strong attention to detail to ensure issues are setup correctly so that billing and payments process accurately and on time.
• Experience with Stream TA or a Bond Shareholder system is a plus
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Bonus : experience with foreign tax forms

Compensation Range :

Minimum : $33,920.00 - Maximum : $78,450.00
