Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Mentor and support junior staff members, fostering a culture of growth and development within the finance team.
Qualifications :
- Associates or bachelors in accounting strongly preferred.
- 2-3 years progressive accounting experience.
Compensation : $65,000 - $80,000
