Looking for a position that makes you smile? We’re seeking a Senior Manager, RCM to join our growing team.

How you’ll make us better :

• Ensures clean and accurate claim submissions
• Assists in error resolution, and resubmits insurance claims that have received no response or are not on file
• Reviews and monitors accounts within the AR system, determines appropriate actions to resolve errors and issues
• Manages denials and follows up on unpaid or improperly paid claims
• Organizes the completion of tasks related to insurance claims, verifications, payment posting and insurance AR
• Supports payment reconciliation, charge capture, and accounting
• Runs, monitors and analyzes daily reports, providing feedback to Senior Director, RCM, encouraging team in areas that need improvement, and reporting any IT or program issues the team encounters
• Adheres to RCM guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Assists with developing and / or improving RCM related procedures and protocols
• Guides team management by monitoring accounts on Issue Log, holding weekly team calls to discuss Issue Log and assisting with team support

Your special skills :

• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to listen and understand information verbally and in writing

Prerequisites for success :

• HS diploma or equivalent required with a Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of seven (7) years dental claims billing and coding experience required with ten (10) years preferred or any equivalent combination of experience and / or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
• In addition to the education and / or experience required above, minimum three (3) years of team leadership experience preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of computer programs such as Office and Excel
• Intermediate knowledge of data, metrics and KPI tracking
