We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal & Executive Assistant to support our Founder & CEO, Farryn Weiner, and contribute meaningfully across the Farrynheight agency. This hybrid role spans executive support, internal operations, and coordination of day-to-day priorities—both professional and personal—with a strong emphasis on logistics, communication, and time management.
You'll serve as a trusted partner in keeping the CEO's calendar, workflow, and key initiatives running smoothly, while working closely with the Managing Director and Director of Operations to support broader agency alignment. From managing schedules and prepping meetings to coordinating social content and streamlining daily operations, this role requires someone who can move quickly, think ahead, and bring clarity to chaos.

Executive Support
- Manage and prioritize a dynamic calendar, schedule, and inbox for the CEO
- Prepare materials, agendas, and briefs ahead of meetings
- Handle communication and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
- Support ongoing agency-wide priorities in collaboration with the leadership team
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of content across social media channels
- Maintain and organize digital content and media assets
Personal Coordination
