Quality Engineer

Engineer quality and drive results! Staffmark is seeking a Quality Engineer to join a leading global manufacturer specializing in mobility solutions. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a climate-controlled facility that values innovation, precision, and long-term growth.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000 / year (based on experience)

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 5 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Responsibilities :

• Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to analyze data and improve performance
• Maintain CPAR quality reporting and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer complaints
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Support teams
• Coordinate quality training programs
• Ensure ISO 9001 / TS-16949 compliance and meet customer expectations
• Support audits, validation activities, and quality planning (APQP / PPAP)
• Monitor product quality risks and handle escalations
• Develop and maintain SOPs
• Conduct feasibility and validation testing as needed
• Occasional travel (up to 10%)
