Qualifications :
- Bid2Win Experience : Essential for success in our fast-paced environment.
- 4+ Years in Heavy Civil Construction : Demonstrating a solid foundation in the industry.
- Self-Motivated and Hardworking : We value individuals who take initiative and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Experience Managing Employees : A proven track record of leadership.
- Underground Utilities Experience : A crucial aspect of our diverse project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary for timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
- Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates on project status.
Skills and Attributes :
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Solid understanding of construction processes and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
