Job Description
Group & Agency Sales Representative - Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Golden Horn. We are looking for a Group & Agency Sales Representative to be assigned to Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Golden Horn, our 5-star hotel within the International Accor Hotels.
This position will help our hotel achieve its sales targets and play an important role in ensuring guest satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Managing and developing group and agency sales
- Identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets
- Understanding customer needs and providing solutions to meet these needs
- Preparing and presenting sales reports
- Market monitoring trends and competitor activities
Qualifications
- Graduated from Tourism and Hotel Management departments
- Experienced in the Sales Departments of international hotels
- Preferably able to speak, write and understand English at a good level
- Developed organizational and planning skills
- Adopted working with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Likes teamwork
- Familiar with Opera package
