Designation : Veeva Consultant

You will be responsible for : .

  • Client Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into effective Veeva CRM solutions.
  • Project Management : Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Veeva CRM projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
  • Solution Design and Delivery : Develop comprehensive Veeva CRM solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Strategic Planning : Work with senior leadership to define and execute the strategic direction for the Veeva CRM practice, including market positioning, service offerings, and business development.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest Veeva CRM advancements and integrate innovative solutions to improve practice efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster relationships and drive project success.

Must have :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience : Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Veeva CRM implementation
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Vault CRM, Veeva CRM platform, Salesforce, and other related technologies.
  • Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the life sciences industry, including regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Project Management : Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex Veeva CRM projects.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
  • Certifications : Relevant Veeva certifications are highly desirable

Nice to have :

  • Veeva CRM Advanced Certifications : Additional certifications in Veeva CRM, such as Veeva Vault, Veeva Quality, and other specialized areas, demonstrate a deeper expertise.
  • Salesforce Certifications : Advanced Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect can be beneficial.
  • Active Participation in Professional Networks : Involvement in professional organizations and forums related to CRM and life sciences.
  • Conference Speaking and Publishing : Experience speaking at industry conferences and publishing articles or white papers to demonstrate thought leadership.
