The FSP Case Manager (CM) will work with clients and their families to provide case management services, collateral support, psychotherapeutic education, and behavior interventions.
The CM will collaborate with the treatment team to ensure the family is linked to resources applicable to their needs and relevant to their goals.
This is a full-time, primarily field-based position with a 40 hour work week.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide services in an accurate, thorough, and timely manner according to LAC-DMH, Medi-Cal and Agency guidelines
Maintain appropriate level of client service utilization & billing
Other duties as assigned by scope of position
