Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Communications Assistant will play a crucial role in the development and dissemination of marketing materials, such as press releases, newsletters, and blog posts.
Responsibilities Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and press releases.
Support the development of content for social media platforms and website updates to maximize engagement and brand awareness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that could enhance marketing strategies.
Help maintain the organization's brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all communication channels. Assist in the management of external vendors and agencies involved in marketing initiatives.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications and provide insights for improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Experience with content creation and copywriting is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends.
