Overview of the Bookkeeper role :
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are properly recorded
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly
- Prepare and submit monthly financial report
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Collaborate with the financial team to support audits and tax preparation
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll
Preferred requirements for the Bookkeeper :
3+ years of experience in an accounting role
