Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join
our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and securing new business
opportunities with industrial plants, establishing long-term partnerships, and driving the
expansion of our contract labor services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
B2B sales, preferably within the industrial sector, and a proven track record of meeting sales
targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify potential clients in the industrial sector that require contract labor services.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales goals and expand our client
base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at industrial plants,
including HR, operations, and procurement teams.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities within the
industrial sector.
Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential clients to
showcase our services.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with new customers, ensuring terms align with company
goals and profit margins.
Collaborate with the operations and staffing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and
successful service delivery.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts to
company leadership.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the industrial, manufacturing, or
construction sectors.
Strong understanding of the industrial contract labor market and the needs of plants and
factories.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client
relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ability to travel as required to meet with clients across the Midwest.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
