Job Description :

As the Manager, Paid Social, for HelloFresh you will be responsible for building & scaling cost-effective customer acquisition campaigns across all major paid social channels.

You will play an instrumental role in developing the Paid Social strategy & own the execution of the campaigns & perform campaign trafficking.

You also will be using analytics to inform decisions & optimize a significant marketing budget against company goals.

Collaboration is a key component in this role as you will work closely with multiple teams, including Growth, Brand, Data & CRM.

You will

  • Plan, design, & execute paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc) campaigns from execution to completion.
  • Use a data-first approach to analyze performance drivers to optimize for channel ROI.
  • Be responsible for all campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, & analysis. This is a hands-on role building & optimizing campaigns.

Report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders

  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, & reactivation goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance; e.g. Creative, BI, CRM, etc.(targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc.)
  • Develop relationships with key paid social partners to nurture performance growth. Manage external partners / contractors to maximize performance & ensure deadlines are met.

You are

  • Persistent in your track record of growth through a solid understanding of paid social & all performance marketing metrics (CPM, engagement rate, CPA, CPC & LTV)
  • Experienced running large multi-million dollar growth campaigns on paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit & Snapchat
  • A strong communicator & presenting skills with an eye for creative performance.
  • Strong quantitative & analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance
  • Proactive with a process-improvement mindset to help us become more efficient in our activities.
  • Curious to not just know what is happening, but to understand why it is happening.
  • Obsessed with growth & building things while not being afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Familiar with the fast-paced, demanding & analytical startup environment
  • A natural hustler with a contagious can-do attitude with a positive mindset towards challenges & new opportunities

You have

  • A bachelors degree with a strong academic record and / or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
  • 5+ years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on the client-side (preferred) or at a performance marketing agency.
  • Must be proficient at Excel for performance analysis (pivot tables, formula building, etc)
  • Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, as well as web & app tracking setup & troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with performance marketing metrics & platform reporting.
  • Strong analytical ability & problem-solving skills. Able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
  • Strong organizational skills & project management ability
