Position Summary :

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! As a Clinical Research Recruiter at JCCT, you will be the voice of our company, guiding potential volunteers through the screening process and ensuring they have all the information they need to participate in our clinical studies.
Experience and Skills :
- Customer Service Experience : Previous experience in customer service, telephone communication, or related fields.
- Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn clinical trial management software.
- Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inform effectively.
- Detail-Oriented : Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently, manage small projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player : Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a team and respond to urgent needs promptly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage and Educate : Make outbound calls and handle incoming calls professionally, providing detailed information to potential volunteers about study-specific criteria.
- Screen and Assess : Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess the eligibility of new volunteers for our clinical research studies.
- Collaborate : Meet with study doctors and coordinators to review volunteer medical histories and determine study eligibility.
- Data Management : Enter and update volunteer information in our clinical research software program, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support and Report : Assist the Research team with pre-screening, customer relations, and sponsor relations, and contribute to team meetings and recruitment strategies.
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers for handling tasks.
- Ability to lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
Education and Experience :
- Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred.
- Medical Background : Familiarity with medical terminology or a medical background is a plus.
- Software Familiarity : Experience with or ability to learn clinical trial management system software.
