Sherman Associates wants YOU to join our team as the one of our Shift Supervisors at our East End location in Minneapolis.

Schedule : We are currently seeking part-time and full-time availability to include both weekdays and weekends.
Pay : Up to $24.00 / hour with tips
Our Shift Supervisors bring the Starbucks experience to life by :
- assisting in the management of store operations
- delighting and uplifting customers through a human connection
- follows up with baristas during the shift to ensure the delivery of legendary customer service for all customers
- models and acts in accordance with Sherman's core values

This is a Sherman Associates owned Starbucks franchise location.
Experience and Skills
We'd Love to Hear from Candidates With :
- Previous Starbucks / Coffee experience (preferred)
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Open availability ranging from 5am - 7pm
Hours vary including early mornings, evenings, weekends and / or holidays.
