We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join Willis Insurance Agency as an Insurance Agent. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a knack for sales and a passion for helping people find the right insurance solutions.
Key Qualifications :
- Proven Sales Ability : Demonstrated experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Customer Service Experience : Strong background in customer service, able to handle client queries with professionalism and care.
- Detail-Oriented : Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the role.
- Organizational Skills : Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Licensing : Must be a current Property & Casualty Licensee or willing to become licensed within 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs to offer the best insurance solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through effective client engagement and strategic selling techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and queries promptly.
- Stay informed about the latest products, services, and regulations in the insurance industry.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective and individual goals.
