A growing construction firm is working through us and is looking to add a Residential Construction Assistant Project Manager to their team.

Responsibilities :
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing residential construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Aid in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in residential construction or project management.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices.
