Currently we are partnered with a preferred client in the tax and accounting industry in search of a highly talented Senior Tax Associate specializing in Real Estate .
Job Summary :
As a Senior Tax Associate focused on Real Estate you will be a valued business advisor delivering industryfocused tax advisory and compliance services to middle market clients.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to Scorporations and partnerships from middle market to multinational companies
- Participate in tax research projects on various issues and help draft IRS responses
- Team with leaders on special projects in flow through taxation
- Develop recommendations for clients and strategize with leadership
- Communicate with specialty tax practices on complex matters (state and local high net worth international R&D credits and incentives)
- Learn through onthejob coaching and firmwide development programs
- Network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients
Qualifications : I. Education :
I. Education :
- Bachelors degree in accounting law or related business field
- Sufficient coursework and credits to sit for the CPA and / or Bar exam
II. Experience :
- 2 years of experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in public accounting (preferred)
- Demonstrated skills in time management communication and problemsolving
- Strong leadership project management and analytical skills
III. License(s) / Certification(s) :
- CPA license preferred
- JD license considered
Knowledge Skills & Abilities :
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability and initiative in a fastpaced setting
- Desire to become an industry expert in real estate taxation
