Exciting Opportunity : QA Manager - Lincoln, NE
Join our dynamic team in Lincoln, NE, and play a pivotal role as our QA Manager, directly influencing the quality standards of a leading food production facility.
We are looking for our next leader, someone who is passionate about quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team, including 2 supervisors and 8 technicians.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards in the food industry.
- Drive continuous improvement and key performance indicators (KPIs) through analytical approaches.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of Food Safety Management experience, preferably in an FDA or USDA regulated environment
- HACCP and SQF or BRC experience, including leading facility audits
- 2-3+ years of prior employee leadership experience
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as needed.
- Competence in basic math and Excel. Ability to communicate in English.
Preferred Qualifications :
- BS Degree in Food Safety or Science
- Experience in internal auditing.
Target Salary : $100,000 - $110,000 + Bonus
