The Director of Revenue & Marketing at Rory's Rooftop is responsible for driving top-line revenue, building brand visibility, and ensuring financial performance through strategic marketing and activation initiatives. This leader will oversee revenue strategy, guest acquisition, retention programs, and events while working closely with operations to deliver a seamless guest experience. The role requires a balance of creativity and commercial acumen, making Rory's not just a destination but the rooftop experience in New York City.
