What You Will Do :
- Responsible for maintaining and repairing our retail sales and distribution center sites.
- Manages and executes preventative maintenance plans, general maintenance requests, interior and exterior building systems maintenance, and sets up new sites.
- Prioritizes and completes work order including, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC, drywall, painting, appliances, and general work orders.
- Conducts or coordinates routine inspections of operations supporting equipment such as forklifts
- Ability and Willingness to travel to all CHM sites as directed to provide maintenance support.
What We are Looking for :
- 3+ years of related experience in the maintenance industry
- Multi-building management (plus)
- Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving record.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Due to the nature of the position, there may be times outside the standard business hours required on nights, weekends, or holidays.
Important Details :
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5pm
Job Type : Full Time / Salaried
Location : Based in New Hope, MN Regular Travel Required throughout Minnesota and North Dakota.
