Adelphi Medical is seeking State Tested Nurse Aides (STNA) for a contract opportunity with a nursing facility in Ohio on an as needed basis.
The STNAs will provide direct care for patients, which may vary in scope and length.

Requirements :
- STNA Ohio License
- CPR / BLS Certification
- Listed on Ohio Nurse Aide Registry
Responsibilities :
- Provide basic care to patients to enable them to meet their needs of daily living.
- Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff.
- Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures.
- Accept and fulfill obligations of scheduled assignment which has been requested and confirmed.
- Perform other duties as needed by the facility.
