Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join The Sia Foundation. In this role, you will develop the marketing initiatives for our small but highly technical organization.
Your primary goal will be coordinating with various stakeholders in the company to design and implement awareness campaigns for the work we do.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of decentralized technologies, and the ability to drive our online presence and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
- Manage social media channels, creating and scheduling posts, and interacting with our community.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools as well as recommendations to integrate insights into future strategies.
- Identify and stay up-to-date on trends to continuously optimize strategies with an iterative, data-centric approach and positive mindset.
- Collaborate with the development team to promote new features and updates.
- Collaborate with the growth team to promote new projects and events.
- Coordinate with external partners to expand our reach and impact.
- Become the subject-matter expert for marketing and advise stakeholders on effective messaging and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the tech or blockchain industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging content tailored to various platforms and use data to optimize.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
- Familiarity with decentralized technologies and blockchain concepts is a plus.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, entrepreneurial environment.
Salary : $70,509 - $95,000 a year
