About the Role :
The Brand Ambassador Manager is responsible for leading the efforts to promote the Bath Experts brand and creating positive customer experiences with the goal of increasing sales.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing and enjoy interacting with others, have the ability to drive a conversation and communicate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service.
This position is a full-time position and evening and weekend availability is required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Lead the event marketing team in your assigned territory by developing and driving event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads
- Manage the event calendar for a team of event marketers in your assigned territory including event identifying, scheduling, planning, and accountability for results
- Increase brand awareness and sales through event marketing, demonstrations, and promoting Bath Experts brand
- Represent the Bath Experts brand at marketing events including planning and coordination, generating leads, and scheduling appointments
- Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Act as a subject matter expert for customers by answering questions about our products and services while showcasing Bath Experts value and expertise
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers on all Bath Experts' service and product offerings
- Obtain complete information from clients for the purpose of scheduling appointments
- Provide additional marketing support by calling inbound / outbound leads and other various marketing related tasks
- Other duties may include; supporting additional markets, assist in training new team members, track and report on event results
Skills & Qualifications :
- 2+ years sales, customer service, lead generation experience required
- Prior leadership experience preferred but not required
- Industry experience is preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel with large branded items
- An outgoing, friendly personality, and the ability to drive a conversation
- Ability to follow a proven process to generate sales appointments
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Evening and weekend availability
