Are you passionate about construction and looking to take your career to new heights? We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent - Concrete to join our dynamic team.

This is a key leadership role within our construction team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of concrete work on our high-rise and commercial foundation projects.

Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in the construction industry, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will be joining a team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering high-quality results on every project.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Superintendent - Concrete, you will :

1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle and manage all project construction activities.

2. Ensure all concrete work complies with building codes and safety regulations.

3. Coordinate and supervise the work of all subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce involved in concrete operations.

4. Develop, maintain, and enforce a project schedule and coordinate necessary resources.

5. Provide technical input regarding project planning, cost estimating, and scheduling.

6. Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds the client's expectations.

7. Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings to ensure the highest level of safety on the construction site.

8. Foster a positive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration among team members.

9. Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project success.

10. Manage and resolve any potential issues or work interferences to keep the project on track.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on high-rise and commercial foundation projects.

2. Proven experience in managing all aspects of concrete construction, from planning to execution.

3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

5. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.

7. Proficient in using construction management software and technology.

8. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

9. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
